Be a Spokesperson

You're the passionate expert that other people turn to for advice, and you wouldn't have it any other way. You enjoy telling people what set-top box to buy for the best captions, explaining how to advocate in an empowering manner, teaching sign language, or helping total strangers plan their vacations.

You're a fluent writer with an engaging style and a passionate enthusiasm for a particular topic. You're not necessarily a computer nerd, but you can work out how to log on to a Hotmail account, and how to use Microsoft Word.

If all of the above is true, perhaps you have what it takes to be DeafHub.com Spokesperson!

DeafHub.com is a leading provider of practical and inclusive information on everything to do with deafness and hearing loss. Our expert Spokespersons offer advice and tutorials on a variety of topics, ranging from accessibility and advocacy to deaf culture and technological advances.

  • Regular email newsletters

  • A blog featuring your unique voice and personality

  • and may also include a discussion forum where you serve as community leader

With no timesheets to fill out and no timecards to punch, working for DeafHub.com gives you the flexibility to write when you want, even if you have a full-time day job.
